We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our R&D team.
You will be a part of an end-to-end quality assurance process, testing new features, investigating technical issues in the production environment, working in close collaboration with our product, R&D and customer success teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze requirements and write test plans for new features
  • Perform manual tests to ensure the product's functionality, performance and security (UI, API, Integration, Regression)
  • Design test cases for QA Automation
  • Participate in technical design meetings of new features
  • Provide support to internal teams that manage customer relationships - Investigate, diagnose, and communicate technical issues
  • Take an active part in our version release process and work closely with the R&D developers and the Product team

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of experience in testing web-based applications
  • Relevant academic degree or a professional QA course
  • Experience with logging and reporting tools (Tableau/ Kibana/ Sumo Logic/ Splunk)
  • Advanced SQL skills - Great advantage
  • Strong attention to details
  • Independent, responsible worker, able to plan and execute
  • Proficient written and spoken English
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
