DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the strategy, development, and delivery of our products. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives. They will work closely with enterprise clients to complete integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define product requirements and specifications, prioritize features, and make strategic trade-offs to deliver maximum value to customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive product development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to gather customer insights, validate product concepts, and drive adoption and retention.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Availability and willingness to work in US business hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in the fintech space - a must.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Hebrew and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Native English - a must.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers and managing customer relationships.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with JIRA, Figma, Monday, Tableau - a plus
