We’re looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in SaaS environments to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll take charge of designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining our AWS production environment. Your work will support the critical needs of development, security, scalability, and uptime while driving continuous improvement across the platform. You’ll have a direct impact on optimizing processes, enhancing performance, and ensuring seamless, reliable experiences for both our internal teams and customers.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design Scalable Solutions: Create infrastructure tailored to our evolving needs, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Manage Cloud Services: Deploy and oversee AWS-based services, including compute, storage, and networking.
  • Automate Processes: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and scripts to streamline deployments and reduce manual tasks.
  • Enhance System Resilience: Implement monitoring systems to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with developers, QA, and security teams to align goals and ensure smooth integration.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical problems swiftly to minimize disruptions.
  • On-Call Support: Respond to urgent production issues, ensuring quick resolutions and minimal downtime.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automating workflows.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
  • Strong understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing production environments.
