- Job Title: Principal Treasury
- Job Summary: This role will coordinate the company's banking position, including the management of global cash activities to maintain appropriate funding levels in corporate accounts.

What you’ll do
- Monitor and analyze company cash positions to cover cash commitments.
- Compiles short-term and long-term cash forecasts and coordinates the movement of any excess cash to and from investment accounts.
- Evaluates bank services and fees, monitors bank performance and recommends appropriate action.
- Research economic trends and investment opportunities.
- Monitors portfolio investments and produces management reports detailing performance.
- Manage foreign exchange risk by assessing exposure and executing FX revenue and balance sheet hedging programs.
- Design and maintain investment policy.
- Design and maintain internal control and policy requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve Treasury’s agenda
- Develop or refine essential Treasury processes to achieve our strategic goals
- Support other treasury and finance projects as needed
What you’ll bring
- CPA, CTP, or CFA designation preferred.
- Eight (8) years, or more, of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
- An intact knowledge of cash management principles and experience with their application at a global level.
- Experience in managing complex banking and organizational structures and working with banking systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A passion for leading change through process improvements and automation.
- The ability to earn trust and maintain positive and professional relationships.

- Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $134,000 - $159,000. The full range is $134,000 - $202,000. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
