Pendo’s Digital Adoption solutions (DAP) make it easy to automate the delivery of engaging, effective software training for employees, when and where they need it. The DAP-Guides team is an exciting opportunity to help build the engaging employee experiences that define this product.
Role Description (what you’ll do):
Build an understanding of the technology and code within the team's domain
Write maintainable, high-quality FE code with input from peers
Implement automated Cypress tests to accompany code changes with help from peers
Step up and take ownership of work within the team, then break it down with input from peers
Participate in grooming, communicating ideas and concerns clearly
Balance competing priorities effectively
Demonstrate self-awareness and continuous improvement
Gain a basic understanding of Pendo Adopt
Quickly troubleshoot customer issues
Qualifications (what you have):
Experience working with front end frameworks (VueJS, ReactJS, etc.)
Experience using modern collaboration tools (such as git, npm, GitHub)
Experience writing testable code
Strong understanding of FE fundamentals in CSS, HTML
History of being a team player, experience collaborating successfully
Obtained a 4-year technical degree or equivalent industry experience
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Highcharts, D3, or other visualization libraries
