Pendo is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Sales Operations team supporting our Sales team leveraging your experience and deep knowledge of systems to design both standard and creative solutions and lead projects.  The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication skills and technical curiosity, thrive in a fast paced environment, have a strong desire for automation and continuous improvement, and be enthusiastic about the opportunity to partner with sales leadership to build systems and processes that will support a high growth company.

Responsibilities (what you'll do):

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing teams in leading global Sales Operations projects
  • Partner with Sales Operations Business Partner Managers to understand Sales requirements, process and tool enhancements needed by segment
  • Captures, analyzes, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, using data and information from various sources
  • Document project detailed and thorough User Stories and Acceptance Criteria 
  • Prioritizes the backlog and sets expectations with stakeholders
  • Independently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand process and technical inefficiencies, identify root causes, and drive and implement best practices solutions
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of day to day configuration changes in Salesforce and other tools
  • Support change management and enablement process 

Qualifications (what you have):

  • 4+ years experience in a business analyst or equivalent role working with Salesforce
  • Experience working in an Agile team
  • Have a deep knowledge of Sales & Support systems, but also develop a deep knowledge of Pendo’s sales processes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, open office, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
  • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Outreach and other Sales tools a plus
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator a plus
  • 4-year degree preferred
