The Revenue Operations Intern will work extensively with the Revenue Operations Team in streamlining our sales cycle by leveraging data and automation of processes for maximum efficiency. This internship will expose the intern to various processes and applications used by the Revenue Operations team in support of the Revenue departments specific goals and projects. This opportunity will demonstrate how to balance day-to-day operational assistance while designing long-term strategic improvements that enable scalability and boost sales results. We are looking for a strong analytical person with a drive to learn the industry in a key role at a fast-growing SaaS company.

Responsibilities (what you’ll do):

  • Responsible for maintenance of Salesforce requests/changes
  • Assist in supporting various R&OP activities; working cross functionally on key open projects
  • Support Deal Desk with quoting requests
  • CRM data clean-up

Qualifications (what you have):

  • Salesforce.com CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Can evaluate data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Curiosity to explore new ideas in order to develop your capabilities
  • Can work autonomously and implement plans
