About the Role:
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and other KPIs for the market are met
- Deliver best-in-class service and relationship building
- Build credible and collaborative working relationships with internal cross-functional/cross-channel colleagues
- Develop, execute and track joint business plans for the mutual growth of retail customers and the company
- Communicate consistently with customers on all matters relating to the management of their account, including promotional briefs, new product launches, space & location opportunities, policy changes, terms and conditions, pricing, orders, credits & after sales support
- Accountability of the overall brand appearance and exposure in the region
- Partner with the Education team to localize and deploy education assets
- Regular visits to key customers to ensure standards and objectives are achieved, as well as to assess and execute key opportunities to further maximize sales and profitability
- Regularly report on overall market activities and conditions as well as sales data and activities of customers
- Proactively manage in tandem with your regional leader ensuring the accuracy of budgets and forecasts
- Identifying risks and opportunities and building contingency plans where necessary
- Act as a key support for the Retail Sales channel. Managing all aspects of the business. Including but not limited to the management of new product launch plans by customer, product marketing and training support, timeline management to ensure customer deadlines are met, set up customer item forms, manage customer orders to ensure monthly budget is met, inventory and forecasts alignment by SKU for core and innovation by account
- Track and communicate promotional activity, online and in-store, including competitive market intelligence and hindsight reports by account
About You:
- Proficient in French
- 5+ years of experience. International global beauty sales experience is a preferred but not essential
- Experience with EMEA retail accounts including Sephora & Douglas
- BA Degree OR relevant experience
- Fluency in English and French is a preferred but not essential
- Proven to be effective and efficient in managing multiple stakeholders to deliver sales and growth
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented with a dedication to quality work
- Ability to cultivate relationships with internal team members and senior management
- Thrive in a dynamic atmosphere and tight timelines
