In less than four years, we’ve sold over 3 million products worldwide, including Phone (1), which was listed on Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2022 for Innovative Smartphone Design. In 2023, we released two second-generation products: the powerful audio companion Ear (2) and the highly anticipated Phone (2), marking our US debut.
We also launched CMF by Nothing, our sub-brand focused on making wonderful design accessible to all. In March 2024, we welcomed our third smartphone, Phone (2a). A powerfully unique device that enables even more people to experience the best of Nothing innovation.
A few weeks later in April 2024, we welcomed our new audio line-up. Introducing Ear, our best-ever audio experience, and Ear (a); the brightest, most vivid new member of the Nothing family.

The Role
As the Sales Team Training Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of the sales team (Sellout Team) by equipping them with essential product information, skills, knowledge, and tools. This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive training modules, delivering interactive training sessions, and focusing on improving customer experience at retail stores.
What you’ll do:
- Training Design: Develop and implement comprehensive training modules tailored to the needs of the sales team. This includes creating both physical and digital educational materials such as product training decks, competition benchmarking, product comparators, videos, and case studies.
- Delivery of Training Sessions: Conduct interactive training sessions using various methods including on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and store staff training. Ensure that training sessions are engaging, informative, and aligned with the objectives of the sales team.
- Customer Experience Training: Provide training to the team on enhancing customer experience at retail stores, emphasizing brand values and service standards. Equip the sales team with the necessary skills and techniques to create positive interactions and drive customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
- Education: Graduate or Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar domain, with a focus on training and development. Experience in the telecom industry is highly desirable.
- Training Expertise: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a sales environment. Familiarity with creating various training materials such as presentations, videos, and interactive modules.
