In less than four years, we’ve sold over 3 million products worldwide, including Phone (1), which was listed on Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2022 for Innovative Smartphone Design. In 2023, we released two second-generation products: the powerful audio companion Ear (2) and the highly anticipated Phone (2), marking our US debut.

We also launched CMF by Nothing, our sub-brand focused on making wonderful design accessible to all. In March 2024, we welcomed our third smartphone, Phone (2a). A powerfully unique device that enables even more people to experience the best of Nothing innovation. 

A few weeks later in April 2024, we welcomed our new audio line-up. Introducing Ear, our best-ever audio experience, and Ear (a); the brightest, most vivid new member of the Nothing family.

As a Sr. Associate - Brand and Digital Marketing, you’d be responsible for building the brand in India across channels. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic person responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies for a brand. They will work with a variety of stakeholders, including horizontal marketing functions, online & offline sales teams, designers, and partners to ensure that the brand is consistent across all touchpoints.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Support Marketing manager on the development and implementation of brand strategies for the Charger,  Earbuds and Watch categories, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities within the category, informing product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to create cohesive brand messaging across all platforms and to drive product innovations.
  • Manage product launches, from planning to execution, including coordinating with PR teams for coverage and managing promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data, market feedback, and key performance indicators to assess brand health and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and control the marketing budget for the product categories, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling marketing materials, such as print collateral, digital content, and advertising.
  • Foster relationships with key partners and influencers to expand brand presence and influence in the market.
  • Provide insight and direction for social media strategies specifically designed to engage communities interested in earbuds and wearable tech.
  • Stay updated with changes in consumer preferences, competitor strategies, and advancements in the tech industry to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Run performance marketing on social media and partner platform.
  • Coordinate with Global and run global social media handle

 

What we are looking for:

  • Postgraduate in marketing, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or brand management
  • Experience in working with Flipkart or a similar E-commerce platform
  • Experience in digital marketing and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of performance metrics and capability to optimise digital campaigns
  • Who is a great communicator to liaise with different teams across the world
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Who is capable of working in an exciting yet high-pressure hustling environment 
  • Who has an interest in the space of design, art, technology, fashion, culture, music, etc. 
  • And lastly, we are looking for someone who is hungry to develop within a developing company.
