The Role- 

In this highly-visible role in a fast-growing company, you will be part of a highly dynamic team providing senior managers and executives with data-driven decision support. Our FP&A team works closely with senior executives to plan the business and allocate resources for the company’s strategic initiatives. You will support strategic initiatives, lead the consolidation of the forecasting process and financial results for our Operating Model. You will have a front-row seat in leading the development and implementation of automated processes and focus on improving operational efficiencies to delight our business partners. You will own quarterly investor reporting, support the long-range financial planning process, benchmarking and reporting packages (e.g. BoD materials and Executive reporting). We are looking for someone who can pair strong analysis with strategic thinking, is operationally minded and loves to build (processes, models, analyses, etc.), and has a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

What You’ll Do-

  • Collaborate, coordinate, and own the Monthly and Quarterly Forecast
  • Assist with coordinating Annual Operating Plan processes
  • Lead consolidation of the financial results in our Operating Model
  • Facilitate and support ad hoc as well as targeted projects to evaluate investment opportunities and initiatives by quantifying the impact on revenue and margins
  • Support reporting for Investors, BoD materials, and monthly reporting packages for the Executives
  • Support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives

Who You Are-

  • 8+ years of experience at fast-growing SaaS companies; investment banking, consulting, and/or private equity
  • Ability to perform deep analytics to get to the root cause of the issues; mastery of Excel with the ability to build large models that are flexible to drive conversations
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills, combined with project management to lead cross-functional projects
  • Knowledge and experience with automated reporting and tools to drive efficiency of the FP&A team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively present to C-level executives as well as work with all levels of an organization
  • Humble and thrives in fast-paced environments
