What will your day look like?

As an Experience Strategist at VML MAP, your day-to-day will revolve around uncovering and understanding user needs to optimize their digital experiences. You'll conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with the team to develop actionable insights that inform the design and optimization of websites, applications, and CRM programs. This includes tasks like competitive analysis, heuristic evaluations, journey mapping, and crafting testing plans for personalized customer interactions. 

Furthermore, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and effective measurement strategies. You'll work closely with the Analytics team to translate data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement across all digital touchpoints. Your ability to manage projects efficiently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial to your success. 

Who are you going to work with?

As an Experience Strategist at VML, you'll be a master communicator, adept at translating complex data and strategic insights into clear, compelling narratives for a variety of audiences. You'll collaborate closely with our client service, tech, data, and creative teams, confidently presenting your findings and recommendations in a way that drives consensus and action. Your ability to tailor your communication style, whether it's through persuasive presentations, concise reports, or engaging workshops, will be essential to your success in this role.

Your eagerness to continuously improve processes and find innovative solutions will be invaluable to our team.  

In addition to the above we are keen to see:  

  • 3+ years of CRM/email marketing/marketing automation experience through a UX strategy lens from an agency or client-side  
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or HubSpot (or similar)
