What will your day look like?
As a Work Management Consultant you will be integral in supporting internal teams with the setup, configuration, training, and ongoing support of collaboration tools, especially Workfront. This hands-on role involves configuring systems, providing training, troubleshooting, and continuously improving workflows. A deep understanding of Workfront is essential, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization. While the role supports other tools (Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira), Workfront will be the central focus.
- Become the go-to expert on Workfront, providing advanced training, developing documentation, and ensuring best practices are followed across teams.
- Provide training and onboarding for new users on all collaboration tools, with an emphasis on Workfront. Maintain training materials, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing usage across tools.
- Assist with the configuration of all collaboration tools, particularly Workfront, including project setup and template development. Manage incoming requests and work closely with part-time administrators, prioritizing Workfront-related needs.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Workfront with other tools (Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira) and ensure consistent usage across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing Workfront workflows and recommend improvements. Contribute to the development of new processes to streamline work management.

Your work will depend on collaboration with the broader team, which means you will get to collaborate closely with experts from our technology, data, creative, and client teams from our offices in the US, UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Canada, and Thailand.
What do you bring to the table?
Role Requirements:
• Proven experience using Workfront is highly preferred otherwise experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles, especially in the context of Workfront. Strong aptitude for learning new software and work management platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues related to collaboration tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Relevant certifications in Workfront, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with APIs or scripting languages is a plus.
