Are you eager to be at the forefront of change management initiatives for leading global brands? Do you want to dive into a role where your contributions have a definitive influence in shaping the future of Marketing Automation, Personalization, Loyalty, and CRM? Then join us, as our new Change Management Consultant!

What will your day look like?

As a Change & Adoption Management Consultant at VML MAP, you will be guiding organizations through changes in their operations, processes, or culture. You will be entering a client-facing role, participating in client meetings and fostering robust partnerships and building relationships. Further, you will be working in high complexity environments, creating structured approaches to navigate and simplify complex challenges. This entails taking proactive ownership of your own projects, and you can expect to have a lot of autonomy and potential in shaping the role and tasks going forward.

More specifically, you'll be tasked with:

  • Assessing change impact and readiness and conducting stakeholder analysis.
  • Collaborating with- and advising senior client-stakeholders on devising the most effective Change Mangement approaches.
  • Developing and implementing change management and communication plans.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to the wider VML MAP team to reduce friction and ensure optimal client adoption of services.
  • Designing implementation playbooks and other training materials.
  • Facilitating workshops, coaching, and training sessions.

Who are you going to work with?

You'll be joining the Business Architecture function at our Copenhagen headquarters, where Change & Adoption is a core consulting delivery alongside Process and Collaboration Tools. We're responding to increasing client demands for end-to-end service, promising an evolving work environment and job profile. You'll also collaborate closely with experts from our technology, data, creative, and client-service teams across our global offices.

What do you bring to the table?

We're looking for a professional who can quickly understand stakeholder concerns and perspectives and derive meaningful value levers from a change management perspective. You should be an excellent communicator, able to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Additionally, you should have:

  • A relevant master's degree; preferably within change management, organizational development, innovation management, business administration, or similar social science degrees.
  • Relevant experience as a consultant. An agency background is advantageous but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex project environments both independently and as part of a team.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint. Proficiency in other presentation tools is beneficial.
  • A willingness to travel and a flexible mindset, as many of our clients and colleagues are located in different time zones.

Above all, we highly value authenticity in our team members. We encourage everyone to be true to themselves and share their unique perspectives, as we believe this cultivates a collaborative, learning-rich, and enjoyable work environment.
