Are your analytical and data modeling skills on point? Can you identify, build, and apply data models to support marketing insights? If you are passionate about using data to drive informed business decisions, you might be the Data Insights Analyst we are looking for. 

What will your day look like?

As our newest Data Insights Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our expanding Marketing Operations team. Here, you will exercise your data skills and business knowledge to support our organization in making data-driven decisions to improve its processes. This entails collecting and making sense of vast sets of data for efficiency optimization initiatives and developing benchmarks and data-driven insights for organization learning and development. More specifically, your tasks will include:   

  • Interpreting business requests into clear data requirements and actionable insights
  • Creating ad-hoc data reports with actionable insights   
  • Support our global directors by providing essential data insights and reports. 
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including management, developers, and technical specialists to spotlight and seize process improvement opportunities, recommend system enhancements, and shape our data governance framework. 
  • Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets  
  • Using analytical thinking and effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders

We work very closely with our colleagues in Bangkok, Copenhagen, Lisbon, San Jose (Costa Rica), and Toronto, where 300+ employees in Marketing Operations are currently located. What do you bring to the table?

As a person, you are naturally curious, quick to grasp complex systems, and always eager to learn more about high-tech solutions. With your proactive attitude and knack for leading data-centric projects, you are ready to make a significant impact. 

In addition, you have:   

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a role related to data, data visualization, analytics or reporting solutions  
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ETL processes 
  • Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Fabric is an advantage    
  • Experience with report and dashboard development in Power BI/Tableau or similar tools  
  • Advantage if you have experience with database and data model design for business intelligence and analytics solutions  
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills 
  • Excellent communication abilities in English
