Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a customer service enthusiast who thrives in building strong relationships and enjoys helping clients achieve their goals. This position centers on providing high-quality service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service practices, ensuring their goals are met with LendingTree’s suite of services.

Understand each client's specific goals and financial positions to tailor services that align with their needs.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and making recommendations to improve their performance.

Educate clients on new and existing financial products and services that could benefit their business.

Provide regular feedback to the team on client trends, challenges, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement in our service offering.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or account management, ideally within the financial services sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.

Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently, with a keen attention to detail.

Passionate about helping clients succeed and committed to providing exceptional service.

Comfortable with technology and learning new software systems to manage client information and interactions.

Excellent time management skills, organized, self-sufficient, and able to work with indirect supervision.

Ability to build and utilize networks and relationships internally and externally.

Exhibit sound judgment and integrity.

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a business related field

Prior lending and/or Account Management experience highly preferred
