The Position

Responsibilities
- Directly support internal customer needs related to the sourcing of goods and services
- Manage the Source-to-Contract process for purchase requests: including receipt and understanding of business requirements, negotiating terms, redlining documents, and shepherding contract to signature
- Coordinate project communications with internal business units, stakeholders, and Suppliers
- Perform supporting tasks: including spreadsheet analysis, uploading Supplier information to portal, packing documents for signature, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related business field
- 3+ years related experience
- Solid understanding of Procurement operational activities and requirements
- Experience sourcing Technology and/or Marketing preferred
- Strong project management, financial analysis, and general business acumen
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and detail-oriented
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize a high volume of workflow in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines
