About the position
Keyfactor is seeking a Technical Alliance Solutions Engineer who will be responsible for the enablement of our Keyfactor Technical Partner Ecosystem. This individual will support the Keyfactor Alliance team in US and EMEA.
Reporting to the Technology Alliances Senior Director, you will be the key technical contact in ensuring the success of the Keyfactor Technology Alliance Program. You will work across the channel, sales, product, solution engineering and support teams to review, assess, and activate Technology Alliance relationships for Keyfactor. If you’re a team player that understands how to translate technical requirements and partner questions to business value, you’ve found a home.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company in an expanding market and requires a strong balance of technical acumen, operational efficiency, and relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand Keyfactor product platforms and communicate our value to Technology Alliance partners
- Work with Product Engineering and Support to inventory current technology integrations with Technology Alliance Partners and ensure support for Keyfactor integrations. Provide insight on gaps in integrations and ways to invest to grow combined partner solutions.
- Engage with Solution Engineering team to identify and evaluate new Technology partners for growth in adjacent solutions. Provide product demos as needed in support of Technology Partner Community Growth.
- Work with regional CAMs and Technology partner teams regarding opportunity with partners as needed
- Work with Director of Technology Alliances and assist on evaluation of integrations
- Advise channel leadership with building programs, training and enablement for partner ecosystem
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in engineering, technical development, and account management
- Technical knowledge of PKI and Certificate Management products
- General understanding of Cybersecurity requirements, solutions and products
- Ability to translate technical aspects of Keyfactor Product Platforms to business outcomes for customers and partners
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
