The Position

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager responsible for supporting Email Partnership initiatives for a variety of airline, hotel, car and vacation clients.

This position will be full time and is based in our Cambridge, MA or Stamford, CT office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead email content strategy globally to align messaging between KAYAK and clients

  • Manage Email Partnership revenue goals

  • Manage Email Partnership deliverability goals (IP accuracy, keywords, etc.)

  • Provide performance recaps and future recommendations to meet client objectives 

  • Deliver monthly updates to executive leaders on revenue and campaign performance

  • Act as a consultant to Ad Sales for ongoing client strategic consultation and support

  • Identify short-and-long term strategies to onboard new users

  • Partner with Engagement Marketing to grow segmentation and CRM capabilities

  • Engage with regional Brand Marketing teams to improve efficiencies and overall process

  • Create new content and revenue opportunities with collaboration from Commercial

Education, Experience and Skills

  • 4 -6 years of experience in leading advertising and/or email accounts or comparable experience

  • Previous management experience a plus

  • Consistent track record of exceeding client expectations with superior account management

  • Solid understanding of online media industry

  • Strong analytical ability

  • Good sense of humor and loves working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • BA/BS degree with a strong academic record

  • Brand Marketing experience a plus

  • Basic knowledge of HTML a plus

  • Experience with third-party ad servers (DoubleClick, Cognos, Salesforce) a plus
