The Role

As a Recruiter and member of the People & Culture team, you will report into the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition.  You are one of the first connections our candidates have with KAYAK and OpenTable and you serve as an ambassador for our organization.

  • We play a key role in building partnerships with key partners to support KAYAK and OpenTable’s reciprocal approach to recruiting

  • Ensure key partners understand critical steps in the recruiting process

  • Cultivate long-term relationships and provide an outstanding candidate experience

  • Run full life cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions, in your designated client group, matching company requirements

  • We partner with leadership and team in developing elite recruiting methodologies

  • Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and "deep diving" into passive candidate networks

  • Meet or exceed hiring and key performance indicator goals

  • Work with the Recruiting Coordinator to handle requisitions in our applicant tracking system

  • This role will partner with various departments (Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, etc) depending on business needs

You demonstrate a client service bias, meeting and even anticipating client needs. You take accountability for customer happiness, asking questions to clarify or confirm key information, demonstrating grit in sticky situations and resolving issues with transparency and discretion. Your can-do attitude trumps even the most complex challenges.

You bring exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills. You’re known for your strong planning and organization orientation; you’re responsive and focused on quality. You maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high sense of urgency with a validated attention to detail.

 

Required

  • Shown excellence in sourcing talent in the dedicated business with an emphasis in driving passive and interested candidates to assigned requisitions.

  • Strong proficiency in handling large talent pipelines utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience a plus).

  • 3+ years of experience handling full life-cycle recruiting in house or in an agency setting.

  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels.

  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills.

  • Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment.

  • BA/BS degree preferred
