KAYAK is looking for a highly motivated Manager, Order to Cash to join our EMEA Finance team, located in London and Zurich. The Manager, Order to Cash, will be responsible for managing the EMEA Order to Cash function and supporting Senior Manager, Finance Operations in delivering high quality service and expertise across business functions. This position requires a detail oriented, curious and highly organized individual who is excited to manage a high-performing team who strive to establish a best in class Order to Cash function. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and enjoys working in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
You will be working closely with the Senior Manager, Finance Operations, to deliver a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities will be to:
●Manage day to day credit risk, collections, cash application and billing activities and lead EMEA order to cash team.
●Provide managerial support to the EMEA Order to Cash team in resolving disputes, overdue balances and advising on appropriate actions to secure payments and payment plans.
●Develop and analyze controls, systems and processes in order to ensure an efficient and streamlined Order to Cash process.
●Build close relationships with the Commercial team and advise them on all Order to Cash related matters.
●Foster a culture of service excellence and be accountable for meeting agreed KPIs for each area of Order to Cash process.
●Develop a deep understanding of revenue streams and key customers in order to ensure an efficient and streamlined Order to Cash process.
●Increase synergies between different areas of Order to Cash process.
●Perform credit risk analysis and review customers and contracts.
●Monitor high risk customers and manage the escalation process of severely overdue accounts.
●Manage and monitor prepayment process and participate in negotiations with customers.
●Advise Commercial team on payment plans and extensions.
●Active involvement in the bankruptcy process and managing bankrupt customers.
●Identify inefficiencies and process improvements and participate in implementing system changes impacting Order to cash function.
You have extensive experience in managing a team and are used to working in a rapid change environment.
