POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Analyst of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Data & Insights will advance our DEI initiatives through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. This role involves researching and evaluating progress using quantitative and qualitative metrics, and determining the best methods to collect, visualize, and report diversity data.

The Senior Analyst will ensure compliance and audit activities, compile and analyze data for reports, evaluate outcomes, coordinate data collection, and identify key gaps affecting workforce diversity.

Additionally, they will automate EEO and compliance reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, provide actionable recommendations to drive DEI goals, manage the data collection process for DEI surveys, and analyze survey results to inform and support DEI strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Advance DEI initiatives through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.
  • Research and evaluate progress using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Determine best methods to collect, visualize, and report diversity data.
  • Ensure compliance and audit activities, compiling and analyzing data for reports.
  • Evaluate outcomes, coordinate data collection, and identify key gaps affecting workforce diversity.
  • Automate EEO and compliance reporting for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage the data collection process for DEI surveys and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze survey results to inform and support DEI strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, staying current with industry trends and best practices in DEI analytics and compliance.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and/or diversity/inclusion.
  • Minimum 3+ years in data analytics, preferably within DEI or HR analytics.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Power BI or Tableau; experience with statistical software like Python.
  • Experience with automation tools and processes for reporting, dashboard designing in tools.
  • Solid organization, attention to detail, and learning-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentation preparation and delivery skills; ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization a plus.
  • Excellent professional communication, written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of EEO regulations and compliance reporting requirements a plus.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems, and Glint surveys or similar vendors preferred.
  • Ability to manage information with high accuracy and confidentiality, and a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

NYC SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
