POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing daily administrative Canadian support testing our Workday and ADP Global View environments set for go live 4/1/25.  This position will help support the existing payroll management team by pushing forward with UAT/End-to-End/Parrell testing as part of Phase 2 & 3 to ensure accuracy and compliance, allowing existing payroll management to continue to handle day-to-day PeopleSoft production activities when required. 

SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have UAT/Test payroll execution in UAT environment, 15,000+ employees.
  • Extensive knowledge of CAN Payroll especially compliance rules (CAN tax calculations, earnings, deductions, pay groups, costing allocations, running Workday payroll reports, audit alerts, approval processes and security rules)
  • Global View ADP experience
  • SSL transaction data uploads
  • Audit processing experience to compare configurations and other required information.
  • Ability to create test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate effectively with existing Workday/KPMG/ADP implementation consultants.
  • Problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.
  • Schedule
    • Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm CST
  • Experience Level
    • 5+ years’ experience CAN processing payroll
    • 7+ years’ Workday SME experience
