What you'll be doing:
- You will lead the initiatives that drive the quality selection of our people at Interface.ai for US region.
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Proactively identify and address hiring needs
- Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed
- Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse talent from various backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to foster a more inclusive and innovative environment
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs
- Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
- Participate in our company’s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS)
- Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires
What you bring:
- Should have total 15+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a management position of a recruiting team hiring competitive R&D, GTM, and G&A talent
- Minimum 5+ years of experience at a fast paced start up, SaaS, or technology company is a must have.
- An empathetic mindset to seek understanding first before arriving at answers and conclusions
- Curiosity and drive to build rapport with leaders and understand our various business units and product offerings
Base Pay Range: $210,000 - $250,000 estimated based on experience and location.
