What You Will Do

- Recruiters at Interface.AI are tasked with building the company from the ground up and helping it achieve its goals
- Identify specific and high-performing candidates that will enhance the culture of the company
- Attract applicants, compete for top talent, improve quality of hire, and increase brand awareness
- Be an enthusiastic storyteller who understands the company's brand differentiators
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective recruiting strategies.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, AI communities, conferences, etc.).
- Maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality technical talent to support our growth.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
What You Will Bring
- 6+ years of experience in technical recruitment (Engineers, Product, Developers etc.)
- MUST HAVE experience working at a Series A-C start-up/ similar industries
- Have ambition and drive to really build a company
- Comfortable with a requisition load of 10-15 roles varying in seniority at one time
- Have the ability to pitch the company vision and the role in a genuine way
- Are a savvy negotiator and excel at influencing and negotiating the close
- Can navigate ambiguity well
Compensation
- Compensation: Base salary is expected to be between $100,000 - $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location. Potential to be a permanent Recruiter or Contract to Hire, compensation and benefits may vary based on the form of hire.
