Corporate & Employer Branding Manager, InMobi

Location: Bangalore 


What is the team like? 

The Corporate & Employer Branding Manager will be working closely with the stakeholders to support the company’s corporate and employer branding goals by promoting InMobi’s prowess, image, and values through integrated communication efforts across social media, video, and other channels/ formats. Her/his goal is to promote InMobi as a global tech-driven enterprise for its various stakeholders and an employer of choice to the talent ecosystem across Engineering, Data Science, Product Development and more.



Responsibilities

The Corporate & Employer Branding Manager will:

 

  1. Create, manage, and execute to a content calendar including creating a repository of assets to fill the corporate and employer branding calendar on an ongoing basis.
  2. Introduce new branding initiatives which will help make InMobi a business partner / employer of choice.
  3. Build high-impact brand and employee stories- right from ideation to collection of raw content and stitching the story together that ties to our larger corporate and employer branding goals.
  4. Create content – across formats including long and short form articles that highlight success stories across InMobi, that are bound to create a buzz.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the Culture team and the marketing organization to drive high-impact campaigns

  1. Empathy and understanding of diverse cultures.
  2. Ability to influence employees across InMobi to come forward to share their experiences and InMobi stories which will then be curated for content on social media.
  3. Blend of strategic thinking and fast execution. Being creative and well-organized with an enthusiastic attitude
  4. Strong ownership and self-starter attitude. Ability to think & execute at a scale with a knack for resourcefulness.

 

 

Skills, qualifications, and experience 

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, HR, or related fields is required.
  • Candidates with 4-5 years of experience in talent branding, brand marketing or branding social media campaigns are preferred.
  • Candidates with previous experience of content writing/ social media marketing are preferred.
  • Creativity in written communication and designing social media campaigns.

 

  • Strong written story telling communication and verbal presentation skills in English.
  • Preferred skills (not mandatory): Basic design and video editing for website and social media marketing purposes- Tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro will be a plus.
