About The Role

G2 is looking for a passionate Implementation Specialist who will work with customers post-sale to lead them through the onboarding process of G2 Track. The Implementation Specialist should have a high-level of professionalism, attention to detail, troubleshooting ability and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Walk customers through an outlined implementation process and advise on best practices to take full advantage of the G2 Track application
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with varying project statuses
  • Form strong relationships with customers and work to keep them fully engaged throughout the implementation process through completion
  • Conduct client training sessions
  • Analyze data and application setup for accuracy
  • Troubleshoot client issues
  • Help to continually improve the implementation process through experimentation and expertise

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service or project management experience in a professional setting, or recently graduated with a 4-year degree
  • Quick Learner with high degree of entrepreneurial spirit
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead virtual meetings with customers
  • Personable with a proven ability to establish and build effective working relationships
  • Strong project management and follow-up skills to ensure completion of a task
  • Ability to multitask and handle matters with no supervision and with excellent follow up
  • High attention to detail
  • Energized by making customers happy and successful
