About The Role

The Product Ops Analyst plays a key part in streamlining our product operations and enhancing our go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in removing blockers to evidence-based decision-making and are adept at partnering with sales teams to drive GTM enablement. This role is located in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will:

  • Utilize your high emotional intelligence (EQ) to effectively navigate the evolving business landscape, exerting influence across various teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and refine GTM processes that bolster sales efforts and increase the efficiency of product managers.
  • Enable Product Leaders with  key decision-making processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), annual planning sessions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Create and maintain essential templates and tools for the product team, ensuring consistency and efficiency in operations.

Requirements :

  • Proven ability to select, implement, and manage a range of organizational tools, including Business Intelligence (BI), analytics, and software development tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated skill in creating and refining processes to achieve desired outcomes more quickly and effectively, with the agility to make rapid course corrections as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  • Adept at problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent documentation skills, including written and visual process mapping
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years product ops, consulting,  business / data analysis, or similar experience in a tech company

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Prior experience in a product operations or similar role within a tech company.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in product management and GTM strategies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is highly desirable.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
