Having achieved significant success in recent years securing over 80% organic growth in the last five years alone we are committed to continuing that upward trend through significant investment into our technology and process improvement agenda. We are extremely proud of what we have achieved and our various industry awards and the diverse range of clients are testament to the hard work that has been put in and the expertise that we have developed . It is not unusual for us to be competing and working alongside large city firms so we can offer our trainees a very well balanced contract that will challenge and develop them. So we would like you to come on a journey with us and be part of shaping the future of the firm.
The role of a trainee
Our training contracts are firm wide and you will be expected to undertake at least one seat in a different office. One of the traits of a good solicitor is the ability to cross-sell and this multi office approach allows you to build a strong foundation for when you qualify. Furthermore, we are looking to develop you into a business adviser within one of our six key sectors and it is vital you have a breadth and depth of experience in order to achieve this. Working across teams and offices will ensure you are successful.
As one of our trainees, you will have regular and open communication with your supervisors. You will get lots of exposure to different situations, clients and to people within the firm who will help you to develop your legal and commercial expertise, in an environment that is friendly and supportive. We aim to recruit talented future solicitors and you will be given the opportunity to reach your full potential with us.
