We are a specialist team and have considerable expertise in supporting clients with an acquired brain injury who have often received maximum severity compensation awards. Led by Stacey Bryant, the 35-strong Court of Protection team supports over 200 clients within excess of £300 million assets under management.

We are seeking a Senior Mental Capacity Lawyer to join our team at a time of considerable growth as the brand continues to gain momentum and win challenging and high-profile cases. What you'll do

We are committed to providing clients with exceptional service that embodies our core values of distinctiveness, authenticity, expertise, and support. In this role, you will manage a wide range of cases for the Mental Capacity team, collaborate with partners and team members to enhance our services. In addition, you will engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams both internally and externally. Design and deliver training to clients and referrers, while supporting the development of junior mental capacity lawyers.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency and a successful record in overseeing individuals' property and financial matters. Experience in providing support to clients with acquired brain injuries, encompassing both adults and children, is essential. Additionally, a proven background in business development and marketing, including conducting external training sessions. Effective communication skills, coupled with the ability to cultivate and nurture robust client relationships, are key attributes for this role.
