Overall Brief 

Do you have a passion for marketing and BI? Do you want to be a part of something bigHelp us develop best practices and structure plus drive the BI analytics for ALL our Marketing data channels. We need a marketing BI specialist that will take our BI team to the next level by creating data models, engaging in regular stakeholder meetings plus help influence foodspring`s data driven culture. Your Role 

  • Develop best practices for measuring & optimizing marketing activities

  • You serve as the subject matter expert on Google Analytics data and the integrations with various enterprise information

  • Apply modeling to aggregate, validate, and disseminate actionable insights through enterprise information delivery tools

  • You create specific datasets, evaluations and visualizations in close collaboration with the Analytics & Insights business

  • You pro-actively analyze data to uncover insights and key takeaways that improve business outcomes and return on investment

  • You support in the evaluation and creation of Target Group, Influencer and Track Record Analyzes especially in Social Media

  • Serve on cross-functional teams to provide user insights, set KPIs, and monitor results with a consistent goal of improving program outcomes

  • You take care about customer data to identify business trends (customer behavior, but also customer segmentation, customer journey and an attribution model)

Your Profile 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science, engineering or similar

  • Advance degree in relevant field a plus

  • Strong experience with data modeling and SQL – cleansing and validation of data is a must have skill
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in B2C environment with emphasis in business intelligence

  • Experience in related industry or market preferred
