Join our team as a seasoned Senior HR Operations Manager (f/m/d), leading the charge in optimizing our human resources operations. So, what can you expect to work on?

The HR operations team (with you a team of two) at foodspring holistically owns the data and process side of all people and organization topics. The team has accurate handling of employee-related data and providing great service to them in all their day-to-day administrative requests.  Our base as the HR team is common sense, business understanding and empathy. Besides the day to day work we constantly review and improve our strategies, our tools, and processes, e.g. further developing a data and evidence driven approach, involvement of foodspring employees into shaping our culture and fostering our #strongertogether spirit.

You will:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll calculations, deductions, and timely payroll distribution.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate administration and timely communication with employees.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with HR regulations and internal policies.
  • Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • Drive HR process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure HR practices are current and compliant.

 

What you offer us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on HR processes, policies, and payroll management.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication in English& German.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive approach to driving HR initiatives.
