Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with customers, understand their requirements and provide meeting notes to the Factorial team (30%)
- Communication between internal and external stakeholders, problem solving interact between the technical team and the customer (20%)
- Attend and/or participate in technical conference and industry events to understand competitor technology and promote Factorial (20%)
- Understand material and equipment requirements in conversation with the Factorial technical team and communicate those to vendors (10%)
- Provide Factorial team with customers future technical needs for use in future product development (10%)
Qualifications
- BS. (required) or M.S. (preferred) in an engineering field (e.g. chemical engineering, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline)
- Minimum 2+ years’ working experience in the field of electric vehicles, especially on battery cell and module level is required.
- Experience in working with international suppliers or customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- fluent English both spoken and written
- MS Office, particularly Powerpoint/Excel knowledge
