Working Student Technical Services Technician (w/m/d)
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Working Student IT
Helpdesk Technician. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on
experience in the field of IT support while balancing your academic pursuits. In this role, you will
provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring their hardware, software, and
network-related issues are resolved efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person, addressing
hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, including desktop/laptop issues, printer malfunctions,
software installation, and configuration problems. - Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network connectivity, including wired and wireless
connections, VPN, and remote access. - Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and
peripherals.Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all support activities, including issue
resolution, escalation procedures, and knowledge base articles. - Collaborate with the IT team to test and deploy software updates and security configurations.
- Conduct hardware and software inventory management, including asset tagging, tracking,
and maintenance. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, software updates, and industry best
practices. - Collaborate with IT team members on projects and initiatives to improve IT infrastructure,
systems, and processes.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Information Technology, computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong passion for technology and eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users of varying
technical abilities. - Must be able to speak excellent English, German B2.
