As a QA Manager Mobile (f/m/diverse), you love to break things, build them to a high standard of quality to delight our customers and achieve our business goals. - Advice and find agreements with our cross-functional squads on the quality level for our applications. Therefore, you are the expert and interface for quality matters on the creation and operation of our applications
- Identify and define problems connected with the product, and do a careful analysis of the different possible courses of action, select and communicate the best solution for implementation
- Manage test cycles according to release plans and keep the test case library up to date
- Use peer and business reviews to have a common understanding of our company testing strategy
- Qualify incoming bug reports and agree on their priority
- Identify test cases and data to automate and fine-tune our testing process,
- Determine whether final product is acceptable based on stakeholder requirements,
- You have 5 years of experience as a QA Manager, Test Manager or Test Engineer,
- You have experience in the creation of automated tests with mobile focused frameworks such as Appium, XCUITest/UI Automator or similar
- You write effective test cases with attention to detail, with clarity of intent for yourself and others
- An experience in integrating simulation as well as emulation environments in test phases and scenarios is advantageous
- You have the ability to communicate critical outcomes in a clear way to different stakeholders as well to understand and adapt your communication to your partner
- You know how to keep the team spirit at a high level and how to encourage people even in stressful times
