We are looking to add some Security Specialist's that fit in with our values and delivery principles to the team as soon as possible.
The Security Architect will be responsible for ensuring the security posture of the client(s) platform. You will engage with existing security functions within the client teams and work as a bidirectional conduit. The security requirements will be actioned as engineering tasks for the team to complete and the security best practices in place on the platform will be well documented to ensure alignment.
The Security Architect must have:
- A background in Software Engineering having worked as a Software Engineer in an agile delivery team.
- An understanding of code / how code is written and why...
- Experience developing cloud platforms, building to incorporate security best practices.
- Knowledge of how the platform can provide security guardrails which will enable tenant applications to benefit from the inbuilt security the platform can provide.
- Understanding of the relevant legislation and resultant legal requirements for handling customer data etc.
- The ability to produce accurate documentation for both tenant teams and security professionals.
- Experience developing threat models and communicating these to stakeholders.
- Ability to work with engineers from multiple suppliers, creating and reviewing security focused tasks to ensure that the platform is correctly implementing security features.
- Experience working in an agile delivery team doing all the agile ceremonies- standups etc.
