Job Description:

As a Solutions Consultant at Elite, you will be the technical expert supporting the sales team in delivering tailored solutions to our customers. You’ll work closely with prospective clients, understanding their unique legal challenges, and demonstrating how Elite’s SaaS solutions meet their needs. This role requires a strong blend of technical skills, legal industry knowledge, and customer-facing experience to drive product adoption and success in a competitive market.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Elite’s SaaS products and how they solve business challenges in the legal industry. 
  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer requirements and design custom product demonstrations that address specific client pain points and objectives. 
  • Solution Design: Translate client needs into tailored solutions by leveraging Elite’s platform capabilities, showcasing how our legal tech SaaS solutions can be configured to fit the customer’s workflow and processes. 
  • Product Demos & Presentations: Lead compelling product demonstrations, both in person and virtually, to potential clients, highlighting key features and demonstrating the business value of Elite’s offerings. 
  • Technical Documentation: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documentation that clearly articulates how Elite’s solutions address customer needs. 
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, responding to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and helping clients understand the implementation and integration process. 
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, helping inform the development of new features and improvements to existing products. 
  • Post-Sales Transition: Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sales support, providing necessary technical insights and documentation. 

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical sales, ideally in a SaaS or legal tech environment. 
  • Strong understanding of legal industry workflows and challenges, with the ability to speak the language of legal professionals. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency with SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and integrations (APIs, custom configurations, etc.). 
  • Experience with legal tech platforms and software is a strong advantage. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about client needs and how to best address them with available solutions. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
