Job Description:
Elite Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of North America Sales to lead our sales strategy and execution across the North American market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, a deep understanding of the legal technology landscape, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic leadership, team development, and effective client engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for North America, aligning with the overall business goals and growth objectives of the company. Identify new market opportunities and trends within the legal technology space.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide ongoing training and professional development to team members.
- Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing. Set clear performance metrics and goals for the sales team and monitor progress against targets.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers. Understand client needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions that drive value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and messaging. Provide feedback from clients to inform product enhancements.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership, providing insights on performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets
- Deep understanding of legal technology and ERP solutions. Familiarity with the challenges faced by legal professionals and firms.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis software to drive sales performance.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
