Job Description:
Elite Technology is looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to cover a UK-based territory responsible for selling our market-leading financial and practice management solutions, 3E, and eBillingHub to new customers. The ideal candidate will be skilled at finding, building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within law firms, understanding their unique needs and pain points, and effectively articulating how our solutions, 3E and eBillingHub, can address those needs and provide tangible value. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading company at the forefront of innovation in the legal technology space and make a significant impact on the success of our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Exceed quarterly and annual quota targets and KPIs based on sales to new Elite customers while developing and building a strong client base.
- Effectively prospect to uncover new sales opportunities within the assigned territory and build strong, valued relationships with law firms.
- Manage complex sales cycles and effectively present the value of our applications to attorneys, finance professionals, and C-level executives of law firms and organizations.
- Build strong working relationships with our partners to develop effective go-to-market strategies to identify and close new customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product offering, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Forecast accurately and maintain all sales cycle activities within Salesforce.com.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 5-8 years selling SaaS ERP/financial applications software.
- A history of consistently achieving/exceeding quota targets in cloud technology-based sales.
- Ability to hunt up-market and extensive experience with self-generating new business.
- Experience selling sophisticated SaaS software into C-Level suite, preferred in the legal industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high growth, SaaS business environment.
- Excellent communication (written, oral) and presentation skills (in-person, virtual).
- Experience working with ROI, cost modeling, and other quantitative techniques to educate and persuade potential buyers.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
