Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Project Manager, Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for AR escalations, handle light executive leadership administration tasks, plan events, process month-end tasks for Delivery Services, oversee user registration in the LMS, and manage various projects related to global services operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage projects related to global services operations, ensuring successful execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to track and ensure project success.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing challenges or necessary adjustments.
- Serve as the primary liaison for accounts receivable (AR) escalations, investigating and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy in billing and collections processes.
- Oversee the month-end closing process for the professional services division, ensuring thorough completion.
- Manage user registration and access in the Learning Management System (LMS), providing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities, managing all logistics.
- Assist executive leadership with administrative tasks and perform other duties to support departmental and company goals.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Understanding of financial operations and AR processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Experience with LMS and event planning preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
