Job Title: Warehouse Recruiter
Reports to: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Commerce, CA
Key Relationships: Co-Founders, Project Managers, All Staff, Payroll Providers, and Warehouse Associates
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Recruiter to join our team. The Warehouse Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of successful recruiting in a warehouse environment, and a deep understanding of the hiring process for warehouse positions.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent for warehouse positions
- Collaborate with warehouse managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements
- Source and screen candidates for warehouse positions, including conducting phone and in-person interviews
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential employees
- Manage the full hiring process for warehouse positions, including scheduling interviews and making job offers
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in warehouse recruiting
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of candidates for future warehouse job openings
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting events as needed to attract top talent
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and employment practices in the warehouse environment
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting for warehouse positions
- Agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations in the warehouse environment
- Experience with sourcing candidates through social media and other online platforms
