Job Purpose:
This is a unique role with the opportunity to add value to our HR Department. We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As an HR Business Partner, you can drive impactful change and foster employee engagement while embedding the overall HR practices.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for implementing globally/regionally defined initiatives.
- Initiate local action based on global guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to align talent factors with successful execution of the business strategy.
- Implement HR solutions for employee performance, experience and assessments.
- Conduct data analysis for HR programs and services.
- Encourage positive employee relations and monitor organizational health.
- Provide advice on performance-related issues, organizational planning, recognition, and rewards.
- Guide managers on organizational and management concerns.
- Uphold corporate HR practices, guidelines, and policies.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in a global company
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Highly adaptable and consultative leadership style with a flair for creative problem-solving
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- Strong organisation and execution skills.
- Proven stakeholder management with the ability to influence at a senior level
- Analytical mindset to shape and influence people's outcomes and business decisions.
- Demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize independently to deliver key business objectives.
- Understanding of Local Legislation.
