Job Title: Warehouse Manager - eFulfillment
Reports to: Sr. PM eFulfillment
Location: Commerce, CA
Job Purpose:
Gosincro is a shipping platform that connects sellers and marketplaces to buyers around the world. We have strategic accounts with enterprise-level eCommerce marketplaces that utilize Easyship’s technology, operations, and courier resources to deliver orders to their customers globally. We’re looking for a candidate with warehouse management experience to run our new eFulfillment facility.
What you'll do:
- Operate and grow eFulfillment center with a team of associates
- Create and uphold process standards that optimize safety, quality, and productivity
- Partner with Sr PM and operations analysts to create, meet, and exceed KPIs
- Create a positive work environment while holding the team accountable to meet goals.
- Inspect automation equipment regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
- Own and manage every aspect of the day to day operation processing volume to security and building cleanliness
Who you are:
- 5+ years experience as a site or warehouse lead

- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience with automation and conveyance
- Experience in an eCommerce retail environment
- Experience with lean manufacturing and six sigma techniques
- Experience using technology to drive process improvements
- Knowledge of dangerous good regulations
