Your mission on the team:

  • As an enabler, your role is to enable the internal and external Digibee customers' to familiarize and teach them about the platform. You'll do it by performing onboarding/training sessions with customers, creating studying materials about the platform. Also, you'll perform demonstrations and workshops about the platform to potential customers.


Your responsibilities:

  • Facilitate knowledge between integration developers during training sessions;
  • Partner closely with technology leaders to understand our business goals and strategic initiatives;
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires;
  • Perform training sessions with customers, applying the required methodologies and quality controls;
  • Maintain training programs for integrations developers;
  • Develop technical content about the platform to facilitate multiple learning processes;
  • Create & develop existing solutions for the enablement team using the Digibee Platform.



  • B.S or M.S in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas, commensurate with work experience;
  • Experience in software development, with hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks;
  • Experience with database management and query languages such as SQL and MQL;
  • Experience working with micro-services or service-oriented architectures, with an emphasis on low-code services;
  • Bilingual, with verbal and written proficiency, in English and a secondary language such as Spanish and/or Portuguese;
  • Must have passion for teaching in software engineering.


Desirable requirements:

  • Familiarity with distance learning and willingness to use technology tools in instruction;
  • Experience with developing courses/content in Learning Management systems such as Moodle, Canvas and/or blackboard;
  • Knowledge of video-editing softwares such as Premiere, After Effects and/or Final Cut Pro;
  • Knowledge of front-end languages such as CSS3, HTML5;
  • Experience developing curricula and implementing learning methodologies; andragogy and heutagogy.
