This person will work to foster a culture of collaboration within the PMO and other Practices, building and strengthening the team.

Our new Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams for end-to-end digital product delivery for Fortune 500 clients. We’re seeking an agile problem solver who can quickly adapt to project needs and create solutions for our internal teams and our clients. This individual must be a self-starter who excels in dealing with ambiguity, is highly accountable, and can motivate and mentor a large team. This is a strategic client facing role.

Would you like to...

  • Facilitate/lead scoping and estimation sessions with Practice leads from across multiple disciplines
  • Build, maintain, communicate and effectively manage against detailed project schedules
  • Manage client communications throughout project lifecycle, providing status updates, securing feedback, and facilitating team collaboration
  • Lead standups with internal team and mitigate any risk or potential blockers to project delivery
  • Identify scope variances, assess, and communicate the impact (schedule and budget) to client services for change order decision
  • Analyze team processes and tools to recommend and drive improvements for ongoing program optimization
  • Help define, document and train best-in-class methodologies for the PMO with the Group Director, PMO
  • Drive delivery on projects and new business in collaboration with Team Leads independently and strategically identify risks include higher level impact such as company margin; proactively engage Leadership at key touchpoints
  • Establish and maintain a strong connection to team satisfaction and overall morale
  • Represent the PMO in internal business unit meetings to discuss any issues or needs with program/project delivery, burn, performance or headcount
  • Develop career pathing and provide mentorship and growth opportunities for members on your team

We would like you to have...

  • 8-10 years of proven lead client facing project or program management experience at a creative agency or technology company with complex full lifecycle projects across diverse types of work—including large scale websites and apps with UX/UI, strategy, branding, content development, marketing/social engagement elements, customer service components, etc.
  • Strong experience navigating in heavily matrixed client environments and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify a program roadmap
  • 5 - 7 years of managing a team of direct reports in each a Design focused and Agile environment
  • Extensive experience with project scoping, estimation, scheduling, and management
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong experience leading Sprint Ceremonies with a Design, Product, and Dev teams
  • Experience in managing complex projects with 3rd party integrations and CMS tools
  • Proficiency in MS Suite Office
  • 5+ years’ experience using a PM tool (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.) and Agile based tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
  • Capability to be decisive to prioritize, triage, and make real-time decisions
  • High level of follow-up and follow through
  • The desire to create successful, standardized processes, ensuring excellence in delivery across all client work during an ever-changing business environment
  • A record of leading with empathy and uplifting a team to their greatest potential

Compensation Range:  $52.00 -$57.00 per hour (40 hours/week) 

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
