We are seeking an experienced Lead Digital Strategist to join our team in Munich.

As a Lead Digital Strategist, you will play a key role in leading digital strategy projects and the digital strategy team, focusing on creating innovative solutions for our clients. Passion for emerging technologies and experiences and solid understanding of industry transformations that these bring about – in terms of both business challenges and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include scoping, planning, and leading digital strategy projects, providing strategic consultancy to clients, and driving the quality of work forward to bring innovative solutions and services to market.

Lead digital strategy projects and provide strategic consultancy to clients
Support and facilitate client workshops, lead strategic activities, and contribute to marketing initiatives

Work closely with client partners to transform businesses globally and identify business opportunities and challenges with new and existing clients
Contribute to the creation and development of new tools and methods, enriching our offerings
Lead and empower a talented and passionate digital strategy team, fostering innovation and excellence in projects

We would like you to be:

8+ years of experience in digital strategy projects, preferably in the design industry
Comfortable working with colleagues from other disciplines, such as technology and data
Experienced with technical teams and agile product development environments
Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
Skilled in stakeholder management and navigating complex organisations and business environments
Fluent in German and English
