We’re looking for an exceptional designer with leadership experience that can build strong brands fit for the world of tomorrow. You will be the main creative force in our projects and inspire clients and colleagues with original ideas, strategic thinking, and exceptional craftsmanship.

We would like you to be:
  • A skilled graphic designer with at least five years of proven professional experience within the disciplines of visual identity, branding, digital design, and motion design
  • Strong conceptually and strategically  able to build up a visual narrative and deliver inspiring concepts that make strategy come alive
  • A strong facilitator and presenter – possessing equal parts charm and perseverance to build client confidence and make change happen
  • Highly creative with exceptional craftmanship in type, colour, photography art direction, grids, and composition(motion design is definitely a plus)
  • A curious, energetic, and enthusiastic team player with ambitions to deliver groundbreaking work for your clients 
  • A Lead Designer, that will inspire the creative team, providing direction and development opportunities to enable younger team members to reach their potential. 
  • Comfortable and experienced managing two or more designers, allowing for fostering world-class conceptual design thinking from your team.
  • A master of AdobeCS, but know your way around Figma, After Effects, or other digital tools and media.
  • Fluent in English and acquainted with one of the Scandinavian languages
