We are currently seeking a Product Owner who will collaborate with Design, Technology, Project Management, and Strategy teams to translate business needs into product features and drive the development of digital products. You’ll work under a Product Manager and own the backlog, lead client workshops, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring the best digital solutions to life.

 

Would you like to...

  • Own the product lifecycle, from discovery, definition, execution, to launch and iteration for digital products.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring it balances business goals, user needs, and design objectives.
  • Lead client-facing workshops to gather requirements and translate those into actionable tasks for the development and design teams.
  • Work closely with development teams, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Understand and apply cloud architecture and cloud security best practices, ensuring products are scalable and secure.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers, ensuring alignment with React development and front-end design practices.
  • Present progress updates, drive alignment between client, design, and technical teams, and ensure a shared vision across all stakeholders.
  • Use data to inform product decisions, ensuring that solutions are based on solid insights from user research, market trends, and business goals.

 

We would like you to have...

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in digital environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, cloud security, and React development.
  • Proven experience managing product backlogs, writing detailed user stories, and working in Agile environments.
  • Proven expertise in utilizing Azure DevOps for managing end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of leading workshops and engaging with clients.
  • Passion for delivering solutions that combine business goals, user needs, and design thinking principles.
  • Familiarity with design thinking, usability best practices, and experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work onsite 3-4 days per week (Westchester area in Los Angeles, CA)

Compensation Range: $44.00-$54.00 per hour

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
