About the team

This role sits within the Digital Marketing function of the UK&I Marketing team here at Deliveroo. The team’s focus is driving business growth and managing best in class channel planning, strategy and execution through Paid Video, Display & Social. As a channel specialist team, we are a vibrant function, collaborating closely with creative, data science and marketing technology teams to deliver innovative digital campaigns. The role is based in London on a hybrid model, with at least 3 days a week in office per week. 

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team focusing on the execution of Paid Video, Display & Social campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role will collaborate closely with channel specialists to achieve targets and deliver effective campaigns, working with a wide range of cross-functional internal teams and external partners, reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

What you'll be doing

  • Platform Management - Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up campaigns and assets, budget and pacing checks, and optimising performance, liaising with other channel specialists on timelines and prioritising deliverables. 
  • Reporting - Reporting on performance in weekly team updates, generating insights mid-campaign and supporting with post campaign reviews to provide recommendations that shape future media strategy. 
  • Stakeholder Management - Communicating with internal stakeholders such as media planners, marketing managers, creative, tech and data science teams, and external stakeholders such as platform representatives and agency teams. 
  • Industry - Develop strong knowledge of paid video, display and social specialisations, as well as broader view other channels to provide holistic understanding of how the media ecosystem works together.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Problem-solving skills, structuring arguments well and finding solutions.
  • Confident in communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate data into trends and insights.
  • Proven experience in paid video, display or social isn’t required, however highly desirable.
