Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking an Agile Scrum Master. The role requires a deep understanding of agile principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex systems. This position will be a primarily remote opportunity with ad hoc support in Tampa, FL. Candidates must be located physically in the Tampa Bay area or surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leveraging short iterations and Agile ceremonies to manage work and deliver capabilities in small and frequent batches.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement
  • Implementing agile best practices and frameworks to enhance team performance. 
  • Designing and implementing platform architecture according to best practices and standards, ensuring repeatable deployments across various environments (dev, test, prod) and enclaves (IL5, IL6, TS).
  • Designing and implementing CI/CD pipeline best practices and standards, supporting automated deployments.
  • Selecting appropriate technologies approved for DoD environments and integrate them into the architecture.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and enhancing system architecture for optimal performance.
  • Conveying engineering best practices clearly to diverse groups of individuals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and/or managing DevOps/DevSecOps projects 
  • 5 years of experience with executing and/or managing in accordance with agile program management principles
  • US Citizen and an active Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services and working in classified AWS regions
  • Previous experience working in a DoD software factory such as Kessel Run, Platform One, Kobayashi Maru, BESPIN, etc.
  • Certification in cloud architecture with AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification

This position is located in Tampa, FL and will require a minimum of 3 days a week in-person.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $135,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
